I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Pelvic Physical Therapist, and a Certified Pre and Postnatal Coach with specialized training as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Yoga Instructor and in postpartum nutrition. As a mother myself, I understand firsthand the physical and emotional challenges that come with pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
After seeing the lack of comprehensive care for mothers during this transformative period, I dedicated my career to helping women heal and thrive. My approach is rooted in both evidence-based science and a deep empathy for the journey of motherhood. I combine my extensive training and personal experience to offer compassionate, holistic care that empowers mothers to reclaim their bodies, their confidence, and their well-being.
