What to Expect in Class

Each class is thoughtfully designed by Dr. Arielle, pelvic floor physical therapist and prenatal yoga instructor, to support the real physical demands of pregnancy.

You can expect:

  • breathwork to support nervous system regulation and birth preparation

  • gentle mobility for hips, pelvis, spine, and ribcage

  • strength-based movement to support posture and daily function

  • pelvic floor and core awareness without fear-based cues

  • positions and modifications for every trimester

  • relaxation and grounding to help you leave feeling better than when you arrived

  • Time to tune into and reconnect with your ever changing body
