"A Game Changer for my Pregnancy. I highly recommend working with her" ~ S.M.
Women's bodies are not smaller versions of men's bodies. They have distinct anatomy, distinct hormonal landscapes, and distinct physical experiences; from menstruation through pregnancy, postpartum, and into menopause.
Yet women's health has historically been an afterthought in mainstream physical therapy, with pelvic floor care treated as a specialty niche rather than an essential pillar of women's wellness.
At Find Your Way Mama, we exist to change that.
Every service we offer is designed exclusively for women, delivered through a holistic, whole-person lens, and grounded in over 15 years of specialized clinical experience.
Whether you are navigating pregnancy, recovering from birth, managing a chronic pelvic condition, or simply ready to feel better in your body, there is a place for you here.
Our patients come to us at many different stages and for many different reasons, but they all share one thing: they are ready for care that truly sees them.
We work with women who are:
Planning for pregnancy and want to build pelvic floor strength, address existing pain or dysfunction, and enter pregnancy with the strongest foundation possible.
Currently pregnant at any trimester and dealing with back pain, pelvic girdle pain, sciatica, urinary issues, wrist discomfort, or simply wanting expert guidance on staying active and preparing for birth.
Newly postpartum (days, weeks, or months after delivery) and navigating the physical demands of healing while simultaneously caring for a newborn.
Years postpartum and finally addressing symptoms that were dismissed, normalized, or quietly tolerated for far too long.
Active women and athletes who want to return to running, lifting, cycling, or competitive sport safely, completely, and without setbacks.
Women in perimenopause or menopause who are experiencing a resurgence or new onset of pelvic floor symptoms as hormones shift.
No matter where you are, your concerns are real and should be treated as such. And the best part is that your symptoms are treatable. Don’t let your quality of life suffer for another day.

This is the foundation of everything we do. Pelvic floor PT addresses the interconnected system of muscles, nerves, and connective tissue at the base of the pelvis, treating conditions from urinary incontinence and prolapse to pelvic pain, bowel dysfunction, and painful intercourse.
Every session begins with a thorough evaluation and includes hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise, and comprehensive guidance tailored to your specific presentation and goals.
Pregnancy profoundly changes the body, and those changes deserve proactive, expert support.
Our prenatal PT services address pain and discomfort during pregnancy, prepare the pelvic floor and body for labor and delivery, and keep you moving safely and confidently through every trimester.
Birth preparation sessions, individualized home exercise programs, and hands-on pelvic floor work are all part of how we support you before baby arrives.
Recovery after birth is a process, not a moment, and it requires far more than six weeks and a quick clearance.
Our postpartum PT services address the full spectrum of postpartum physical challenges, including:
• Pelvic floor rehabilitation
• C-section scar management
• Diastasis recti treatment
• Return-to-exercise programming
• Posture and positioning support for feeding and carrying
• Early postpartum home visits throughout Essex County for those who cannot easily travel

Available as a complement to physical therapy sessions, near-infrared light therapy uses a specialized pelvic wand and wrap to deliver therapeutic light energy that reduces pain, decreases inflammation, and supports tissue healing.
Particularly effective for C-section recovery, pelvic pain, and postpartum healing, this modality adds a meaningful layer of support to your overall treatment plan.
You’ve probably heard the phrase "movement as medicine." We’ll prove that it’s true.
Our yoga offerings are designed specifically for pregnant and postpartum women, integrating breathwork, pelvic floor awareness, gentle mobility, and nervous system regulation in a warm, community-centered environment.
Mommy and Me classes welcome babies, creating space for mothers to care for themselves without leaving their little ones behind.
Designed for postpartum women and those managing pelvic floor dysfunction, Core Restore classes offer structured, progressive group exercise in a supportive setting.
These classes teach you how to properly breathe, brace, and move in ways that support rather than strain your pelvic floor, building the foundation for a lasting, confident return to full activity.
Physical therapy doesn't stop at the body. What you eat, how much you drink, your bowel habits, and your daily patterns all directly influence your pelvic floor health and overall recovery.
We weave practical, evidence-informed nutritional and lifestyle guidance into your care because real, lasting results require addressing the whole picture.

In a world of crowded clinics, rushed appointments, and generic protocols, Find Your Way Mama is built differently. It’s intentionally and entirely around you.
Every session is one hour of direct, manual care with Dr. Arielle. You will never be handed off to an aide, share your appointment time with another patient, or receive a cookie-cutter plan.
Dr. Arielle is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Neuro-Clinical Specialist, Certified Pre and Postnatal Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Yoga Teacher, and mother of two, bringing clinical depth, personal understanding, and genuine compassion to every single visit.
We see you in our serene North Andover clinic, or we come to you through our home visit program in Essex County.
We take your concerns seriously, we explain everything we do and why, and we never ask you to accept discomfort as the price of motherhood.
You have given so much of yourself. This is your time to be supported.
