"A Game Changer for my Pregnancy. I highly recommend working with her" ~ S.M.
Navigate Your Way to Better Pelvic Health In Pregnancy, Postpartum, & the Years Beyond.
Your body has done something extraordinary. And whether you're preparing for birth, navigating the early postpartum weeks, or finally addressing something you've been quietly living with for years, you deserve more than just being told: "That's normal."
Women's health and wellness before, during, and after pregnancy aren't afterthoughts. They're essential. At Find Your Way Mama, we provide pelvic floor physical therapy through a holistic, whole-person lens because lasting relief comes from treating you, not just your symptoms.
We help women find relief from:
• Pelvic pain
• Postpartum recovery (including C-section recovery)
• Pregnancy discomfort
• Birth preparation
• Urinary leaking or urgency
• Prolapse
• Female sexual health concerns
• Back and hip pain related to pregnancy and childbirth
• Return to higher-level exercise and sport
Because your goal isn't to coast through life, it's to live it fully. To move freely, feel confident, and get back to doing everything you love.
We're here to support your body, not shame it. And whether you’re trying to have a baby, are currently pregnant, or struggling with life and comfort after your recent delivery, or have had your child years ago, it’s never too late to care for yourself.
Our intention is the same as yours: to help you feel like you again. Let’s start today.
Pelvic floor PT looks different here. And that's intentional.
Every session is one full hour of dedicated, one-on-one care. No aides, no rushing, no feeling like a number. We ask that you wear comfortable clothing, arrive about 5-10 minutes early, and complete your paperwork beforehand so we can spend that hour entirely focused on you.
Physical Therapy & Movement Services
Our pelvic floor PT is the foundation of everything we do, but we go further than that. We offer prenatal yoga, Mommy & Me yoga, and Core Restore classes designed to rebuild your deepest foundation with intention and care.
Every movement offering is designed specifically for the pregnant and postpartum body.
Near-Infrared Light Therapy
We are proud to offer near-infrared light therapy with a pelvic wand and body wrap. This is a powerful service for reducing pain and inflammation. Especially beneficial for C-section scar recovery, pelvic pain, and postpartum healing, this technology supports your body's natural recovery from the inside out.
Nutrition & Hydration
True healing goes beyond our table. We integrate evidence-based guidance on nutrition and hydration into your care because what you put into your body directly impacts how it recovers and functions.
Bladder Health
Many women experience incontinence while pregnant and after delivery. We’re prepared to help retrain your muscles and organs so they function as they should and can support your body with integrity.
Internal Pelvic Floor Work
An internal pelvic floor assessment and treatment can be a transformative part of your care, addressing issues at their root rather than managing symptoms on the surface.

Our studio-feel space is designed for calm, comfort, and healing. Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, or finally addressing a nagging issue you've put off for too long, our in-person sessions provide the focused, unhurried environment you need to feel strong and confident again.
Early postpartum, leaving the house can feel like a feat of Olympic proportions. Ask us about our home visit options, quality pelvic floor care delivered to you, where you're most comfortable, when you need it most.

Birth Preparation
Preparing your body for birth can meaningfully improve your birthing experience. We help you ready your pelvic floor and body for vaginal delivery, VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) preparation, and offer pre-operative sessions for those planning a C-section, so you walk into your birth feeling prepared, not anxious.
Comfort During Pregnancy
Whether you are dealing with back, hip, pelvic pain, or pain or numbness in your wrist and feet we can help bring you back to a place of comfort in your changing body.
Postpartum Recovery:
Back pain, hip pain, pelvic pressure, wrist numbness, foot pain, pregnancy changes everything, and you shouldn't have to white-knuckle your way through it. We help you find real comfort in your changing body so you can actually enjoy this season.
Postpartum Recovery
Nearly 75% of new moms experience postpartum complications, from back and hip pain to tailbone pain, C-section healing, tearing, prolapse, diastasis recti, bowel or bladder leakage, and pain with intercourse. These things are common but not normal or permanent. We help you heal and rebuild faster, with a clear plan and expert hands guiding the way.

Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
Bladder leakage, urgency, frequency. Constipation or bowel incontinence. Pelvic pain. Prolapse. Painful sex. These issues can show up alongside pregnancy, in the postpartum period, or years down the road, and they affect far more than your physical comfort. They change how you move through the world and how you see yourself.
We take a whole-person approach to get to the root cause so you experience lasting relief, not just temporary management.

Do I need a referral?
No. Massachusetts is a direct access state, which means you do not need a referral or a prescription from your OBG or primary care physician. With that said, I am a member of your healthcare team and, with your permission, will reach out to the other members of your team as needed to help coordinate your care and make additional referrals. Your health and wellness are my top priority.
Can I bring my baby?
Absolutely. Your baby is welcome to share our safe, healthy environment with us as we work to help you heal, strengthen, and become active again.
What if I start my period just before my visit or have symptom flare-ups?
Not a problem! In fact, sometimes that’s even better, as it can provide insight into cycle-related discomfort and symptoms, enabling targeted treatment. Please do NOT cancel your appointment if you’ve started your period. Likewise, if you’re having a flare-up of symptoms, we’d still like to see you. If you have any questions prior to your visit, don’t hesitate to reach out so we can put your mind at ease.
Do you have convenient parking and easy access to your clinic?
We have provided an easy path to our office for the convenience of our patients. Parking is out front, you have first-floor access, and the entry to our clinic is stroller-friendly.
Does pelvic PT hurt?
Pelvic physical therapy and our other services should never hurt. You will likely feel some pressure and perhaps a bit of discomfort, but the pain should stay below 4 out of 10 on the scale. If you feel pain, please speak up, and we will make the correct accommodations for you.
