Each class is thoughtfully designed by Dr. Arielle, pelvic floor physical therapist and yoga instructor, to support the real physical demands of pregnancy.
Each 60-minute class includes:
Opening circle and connection
Baby yoga and age appropriate movement for pre-crawlers
Gentle postpartum mobility and stretching
Pelvic floor and core reconnection
Functional strength to support everyday motherhood
Time to breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself
No previous yoga experience is needed. Every class can be modified to meet you where you are.
This is about supporting your body through one of the biggest transitions it will ever experience.

Our Mommy and Me Yoga classes are open to the community and are designed for babies who are not yet crawling.
Whether you're newly postpartum or several months into motherhood, you'll find a supportive space to move at your own pace.
If you've experienced significant medical complications during pregnancy or postpartum, we encourage you to speak with your healthcare provider before participating.
