You Deserve to Feel Good in Your Body At Every Stage of Motherhood

So many women are told that leaking when they laugh, feeling pelvic pressure, or struggling with pain during intimacy is simply "part of having a baby." We're here to tell you something different: just because something is common doesn't mean it's something you have to live with.

At Find Your Way Mama, we treat a wide range of pelvic floor and musculoskeletal conditions that affect women before, during, and after pregnancy.

Whether you're newly postpartum or years removed from your last delivery, whether you're preparing for your first birth or recovering from your fourth, there is a path forward, and we're here to help you find it.

Conditions We Commonly Treat

  • Urinary Leaking & Incontinence

Leaking when you sneeze, laugh, jump, or rush to the bathroom is one of the most common complaints we hear, but it’s also one of the most treatable.

Stress, urge, and mixed urinary incontinence all respond exceptionally well to targeted pelvic floor PT. You don't have to plan your life around bathroom access. Jump on the trampoline, skip through the grocery store, run the marathon, and do it with confidence.

  • Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Prolapse occurs when the bladder, uterus, or rectum descends into or beyond the vaginal wall, often causing pressure, heaviness, or a sensation that something is falling out. With the right treatment approach, many women experience significant symptom relief and return to full, active lives without surgery.

Should surgery be necessary, pelvic floor prehab (prior to surgery) and pelvic floor rehab (after surgery) have yielded incredible results for patients.

  • Pelvic Pain

Pelvic pain can show up in many ways, such as pressure, aching, sharp sensations, or generalized discomfort in the pelvis, vagina, or surrounding areas.

Whether it's chronic or new, related to pregnancy or not, pelvic pain is real and treatable. We get to the root cause rather than masking symptoms.

  • Diastasis Recti

Diastasis recti is the separation of the abdominal muscles during pregnancy, and it affects the majority of postpartum women to some degree.

It may contribute to core weakness, back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and the persistent look of a bloated or extended belly. We assess and treat diastasis with a progressive, whole-body approach.

  • C-Section Recovery

C-section is a major abdominal surgery, yet postpartum care rarely addresses the scar, surrounding tissue, or how it affects core and pelvic floor function.

We offer specialized C-section scar treatment, near-infrared light therapy for healing and pain relief, and a full recovery plan to help you rebuild with confidence.

  • Painful Intercourse (Dyspareunia) & Sexual Dysfunction

Pain with sex after childbirth, or at any point in a woman's life, is far more common than it is discussed. Hormonal changes, scar tissue, pelvic floor tension, and anxiety all play a role.

Other types of sexual dysfunction can include low libido, pain during climax, and difficulty achieving climax, among others.

These are deeply personal issues that deserve sensitive, expert care and are absolutely something that can improve. We understand the complexity of intimacy and will help you find the experience you want.

  • Back, Hip, Sciatica, & SI Joint Pain

The structural and hormonal changes of pregnancy place significant demand on the spine, hips, and pelvis. Low back pain, hip pain, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and pubic symphysis pain are extremely common and extremely responsive to pelvic floor PT combined with targeted orthopedic care.

  • Postpartum Core & Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

Your core and pelvic floor work together as a system. After birth (vaginal or cesarean), this system needs intentional rehabilitation before you return to exercise, lifting, or higher-demand activities. We help you rebuild correctly so that you're not just recovering, you're coming back stronger.

  • Bowel Dysfunction

Constipation, straining, incomplete emptying, or accidental bowel leakage are conditions we treat with both in-clinic pelvic floor work and practical, holistic strategies, including movement, positioning, and nutritional guidance.

  • Birth Preparation

Preparing the pelvic floor for labor and delivery is one of the most impactful and underutilized tools available to pregnant women.

We work with you to optimize pelvic mobility, practice breathing and pushing mechanics, and mentally and physically prepare for your birth experience, whether vaginal, VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean), or planned C-section.

Who We Work With

Our patients are as unique as their stories, but they share one thing in common: they're ready to stop managing, compensating, and dealing- and start healing.

Our patients include:

  • Women who are planning for pregnancy and want to build a strong, resilient pelvic floor before conception.

  • Pregnant women at any trimester who are dealing with pain, discomfort, or simply want to prepare their bodies for the birth ahead.

  • Newly postpartum moms, whether they're two weeks out or six months out, who need guided, expert recovery.

  • Women who are years postpartum and have been silently tolerating symptoms they were told to accept.

  • Athletes and active women who want to return to running, CrossFit, cycling, or high-impact sports safely and completely.

  • Women navigating perimenopause and menopause, when shifting hormones, can resurface or introduce pelvic floor symptoms for the very first time.

No matter where you are in your journey, there is a place for you here. Our primary objective is to support you as you find your way back to yourself. Whatever that looks like for you.
