You will be provided gentle movement and breathing exercises you can start day one, education on nutrition, precautions and reminders of when to call your doctor as well as meditations and an EFT tapping to encourage healing and peace of mind as you transition into motherhood.
Online Coaching
The Postpartum Revolution (TM) is my signature 12 week custom coaching program. This program will meet you where you are at. It focuses on pelvic floor and core recovery, rebuilding and reigniting to move past pelvic pain and incontinence so they can reclaim their energy, strength and confidence. This program offers whole person care. Perfect for you if you are still feeling postpartum and not local to me.
