Find Your Way Mama

Hi! I’m Arielle, welcome to Find Your Way Mama.

I am wife and IVF success mom of 2, a doctor of physical therapy, a neuro clinical specialist, certified yoga teacher, certified pre and postnatal coach, EFT practitioner and life coach which makes me your go to postpartum wellness coach.

I have a deep love for yoga and running, both of which allow me the time and space to connect to myself and my body on a deeper level. I struggled with infertility for four years before finally having success on the mom front and when I did my world shifted. I took a long career pause where I had to reclaim my identity outside of work. Although it was a difficult decision, for me it was the right one. I am now dedicated to helping other new moms embrace the messiness of motherhood, honor where they are at and commit to healing so they can revolutionize their postpartum journey.

It is so easy to loose yourself in those early days. Creating this space so you feel a little less alone and a little more empowered to care for yourself in the way you deserve, parent in a way that serves you, while learning to give yourself grace and maybe create a little adventure.

Focusing on staying present and getting into my body has been so helpful in order to really dig into the hard. I hope you meet me on this journey and find It is time to get comfortable with discomfort while finding a way back to our true self to find beauty and maybe even a little peace in the messiness of motherhood.

Recovery and restoring function are huge passions of mine. I received my doctorate in physical therapy from Columbia University and later became a Neurologic Clinical Specialist. Women’s health has been a focus of mine since my days at Columbia completing courses and a capstone project on safe exercise during pregnancy. My passion led me to become a certified pre and postnatal coach and I have completed extensive continuing education courses in women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy.

I believe movement is medicine, both physical and mentally, because of this I was naturally drawn to yoga. I have been practicing since high school and I am a 200 hr certified yoga teacher. I teach prenatal classes locally to me.

My husband and I met in undergrad. We were comparative anatomy partners (go ahead insert nerdy or inappropriate joke here)! We originally put our family on hold to pursue our professional goals, 2.5 years of distance and several moves. When we were finally “ready” we struggled through 4 years of infertility. I feel so fortunate that IVF eventually worked for us (twice!) Having kids definitely challenges the relationship and we went through some rough patches in my postpartum phase but we didn’t struggle to have a family to have that be our down fall. We have recommitted to each other and there is no one else I would rather be on this wild ride with.

After having a very challenging postpartum period with my 2nd (PPD and postpartum rage as well as pelvic floor issues and diastasis recti) I decided that I needed to make some changes and really approach this phase differently than I had before. I’ve since created The Postpartum Revolution (TM) which houses my Triple I Method. Triple I Method: Identify, Integrate and Ignite.

This is exactly what I used to move through my own recovery and how I now help new mothers reclaim their postpartum bodies, heal and rebuild into stronger versions of themselves.

I am dedicated to helping new moms embrace the messiness of motherhood and revolutionize what postpartum looks like so they can feel strong, empowered and confident in the skin they’re in!

Come join me on your own postpartum revolution so you can find your way again!
