Rates and What’s Included

All single visits are $225

This includes first time comprehensive evaluations, re-evaluations and all follow up visits because I believe that every visit should incorporate assessments of where you are currently at, what goals you have and where you are with those goals, individualized treatments to get you closer to achieving those goals. This also includes any coaching that occurs along side of your physical therapy plan because I strongly believe that to have true wellness and success towards your goals we must address the whole person. Consulting or discussing your care with your medical team is important to your success and is included as well.

Full Year Retainer $6,500

It is no secret that postpartum is longer than 6 weeks and even longer than 6 months. As you progress along your postpartum journey your needs and goals will change too. Not only is that OK but that is expected and I am happy to support you along your journey. It might start with a goal of feeding your baby without back pain or avoiding leaking urine when you sneeze and evolve to getting back to running or addressing new back pain after your little one doubled in size.

This is a great option if you know you are going to want on going support that can range from physical therapy sessions, private yoga, body work sessions or in depth life and wellness coaching. This option allows you to book an entire year of postpartum support. It is the best way to ensure you are fully supported throughout your whole first year and all the changes that go along with it.

  • Access to private in home 1:1 physical therapy and postpartum coaching 3x/month for a full 12 months. 36 visits total.
  • Access to The Postpartum Revolution (TM) Virtual Coaching Program
  • Email support as needed between sessions
  • Coordination of care as needed

How are payments made?

Sessions are private pay only. I work for you, not your insurance company, so I am not a provider with any plans at this time. This allows us the freedom and flexibility to work in efficient, creative ways that address you as a whole person without the confinements, limitations and dictations placed on your session. In this way I can give you the best possible care and best possible outcomes. You are welcome to use HSA accounts or attempt reimbursement from your insurance company on your end.

Do I need a referral?

No. Massachusetts is a direct access state which means you do not need a referral or a prescription from your OBG or primary care physician. With that said I am a member of your healthcare team and with your permission will reach out to the other members of your team as needed and help you coordinate your care, make additional referrals as needed. To make an appointment you can set up a call with me directly to discuss or make a payment and I will reach out to you to schedule.
